Curb appeal matters to your home's value. Davis Designs offers custom designed landscape plans. Initiating your own customized landscape project is very easy and completely cost effective. Simply send your area dimensions and photos of the area by email, and a custom plan will be worked up and sent back to you.

When you order your own customized Landscape Plans here is the design process that each landscape design takes:

A phone call meeting will be arranged to discuss your landscape needs and desires to be included.
Submit your photos and measurements and a follow up phone call may be necessary.
Preliminary landscape design drawn and a copy is sent to you for review.
Another phone meeting to discuss the plan.
Final landscape plan completed and (3) copies sent to you through Fedex.
A follow up phone call to discuss how you will proceed with the landscape installation.

Fee - Based Landscape Plans $ 100.00 / HR.

Front Yard only - Approximately 1 - 2 Hours.*
Back Yard only - Approximately 3 - 4 Hours.*
Total Yard - Approximately 5 - 6 Hours.*

*Hours will vary depending on the scope and size of project.

What do you need to provide?

Your property and home measurements.
Location of all existing trees and other existing landscape elements. (Walks, Driveways, Decks, and Patios)
Pictures of your house and property - the more pictures the better.
Your ideas and needs - the most important element!

All work is guaranteed.

After you receive your plans, look them over. We will discuss the plan with you by phone. If you see any changes you want to make, we will make the plan adjustments and re-ship them to you with no additional shipping charges.
